The plans in short
- Free trial: 15 minutes once, after you verify your email.
- Interview Pass ($9): 2 hours within 14 days. Job-Hunt Pass ($19): 6 hours within 30 days.
- Pro ($24/month or $240/year): 12 hours a month, then your own Gemini key.
- Max ($49/month or $490/year): 30 hours a month, and your own key any time.
- Founders licence ($199 once, 50 seats): 5 hours every month for as long as the service runs, and your own key.

Live time
- Live time is used while Meeting Ears listens, billed per started minute. After each meeting the Listen tab shows what it used, for example “Meeting used 10 min 54 s · 11 min of live time used”.
- When you have time from several purchases, the one that expires first is used first.
- Monthly hours don’t roll over; passes expire after their 14 or 30 days; the trial does not expire.
AI allowance
The AI allowance is a monthly amount of AI work for answers, prep briefs, translations and Regenerate context. The live transcript doesn’t count toward it. It renews on the first day of each month (UTC) and is set well above normal use: about 120 answers per million tokens.
- Trial 150,000 tokens · Interview Pass 1 million · Job-Hunt Pass 3 million · Pro 5 million a month · Max 12 million a month · Founders 2.5 million a month.
- Holding a pass and a plan in the same month adds their allowances.
- Work done on your own Gemini key never counts and is never refused because of the allowance.
See your usage
Settings → Account → Plan & time left shows your plan, the hours left and when they expire, and two bars: Live time and AI allowance this month. See plans opens the plan list.
Warnings and limits
- Live time low: under 10 minutes (or under 10% of what you were given) you see “~N min left — see plans”. At zero, the meeting stops with “Stopped: your live time ran out.” and is saved.
- AI allowance: warnings at 80% and 95%. When it is used up, answers stop until it renews; the message says when. On plans that allow it, Use your own key lets you continue.
- Fair use per day (UTC): 6 hours of live time and 400 answers and prep briefs, on every plan, own key included.
Referrals
Share your code from Settings → Account → Referrals; a friend enters it under Have a referral code? within 7 days of creating their account. Both of you get extra live time when they first buy. The amounts are on the pricing page.
